We very much believe in your voice as a valued customer here at Redline Equipment.
It started last year when we embarked upon our rebrand. A third party conducted customer research for us to help capture the voice of the customer to create potential brand concepts. What we found though, was a lot of great feedback from people who do and don’t do business with us. After the rebrand we started utilizing that feedback to make improvements across our company. Our recent donation to FFA was one result of that research where you asked us to be committed to our communities and specified you wanted to see us support 4-H & FFA.
We value the feedback from the focus groups especially. So during each of our acquisitions last year, our CEO, Zach Hetterick, personally held focus groups with customers from each location to again find out how we are doing and what we can do better to serve you.
We listened. And we’re going to keep on listening.
Starting this month we’ve partnered with a third party company to help us listen and gather even more feedback. We didn’t just pick a company to help us, we picked a company that specializes in agriculture and equipment. We know your time is valuable and wanted to ensure the few minutes of your time was adding value in both directions.
When you do business with us, whether it’s trading equipment, buying parts, getting service, or utilizing our precision farming specialist, you may be contacted by them via phone to share what your experience was like.
It’s really short and easy. You’ll just be asked 10 questions on the phone. We know you’re super busy, but we ask if you’re contacted to please answer those questions honestly.
You see, we can’t become a better dealership unless we know where we stand with you. In the coming months we expect to see trends. The feedback shared will show us where improvements need to be made along with where things are going well, so positive recognition to be shared for a job well done, and those best practices can be utilized in other departments and locations.
