August's Redliner of the Month
The Redliner of Month honors an employee who lives Redline Equipment’s core values. They are nominated by their peers and receive a gift package that includes a gift card of their choice for their family, a Redline Yeti tumbler, along with lunch with our CEO.Jason Fredritz, Service Manager in Bellevue, is honored as our August Redliner of the Month.
Jason led his service team through the acquisition and then through a business system change. He met both challenges with a positive attitude. He is mentoring many people in the business to help develop them. Through the CDK transition he has been a resource for the Bellevue service team and has even went to other locations to help. His energy has been a beacon for people to follow and his jump in attitude to support anyone who needs a hand.
"Jason spent a lot of time researching how to use CDK when Bellevue went onto the system," said Marnie Miller, Assistant Controller at Redine. "The internal service and warranty tickets were a huge challenge as far as setting up the configurations and codes. He would test different ways of running tickets until it was correct. Even if it meant having to reverse and re-enter the an entire invoice to test it."
"I believe his success is in part to being a communicator with customers and the parts dept," said Paul Krause, Parts Manager at the Bellevue location.
He has supported heroic customer support by working with the other locations when they needed back up service during the busy season. “Jason always makes himself available and provides a deep knowledge and expertise,” said Phil Cobb, Location Manager at Bowling Green. “ He has been a great source of support to the young and growing service department here in Bowling Green, allowing us to have a higher level of continuous improvement & employee growth. “
Jason previously worked at Quality Farm & Fleet as a technician and shop foreman. He started with Gibbs Equipment in 2002, serving as the service manager at the Gibsonburg location. When Gibbs closed the store, he moved over to the Bellevue location serving as the Outdoor Power Sports Manager. He became the Ag Service Manager at Bellevue in 2009. Jason is from Upper Sandusky, where he resides with his wife Angie, son Devon and daughter Madison. When he isn't busy helping customers and Redline staff, he enjoys raising show cattle and going camping. Please join us in congratulating Jason!
