Redline Equipment Service Departments Receive Highest Honor

The Pinnacle Excellence Program is a company-wide initiative developed  by Case IH and the Case IH Dealer Advisory Board to help dealers deliver the highest rated customer experience in today’s ever evolving agriculture society. It awards dealerships in key areas that are identified by both Case IH and its Dealers. One of those key areas is Service, and Redline Equipment's Service Departments have received the highest honor from Case IH. 

In the year of 2018, Redline Equipment has made a substantial investment in our Service Departments, through training, qualified technicians and equipment. Because of this investment, 10 of our 11 AG locations met the criteria, and received the Pinnacle award for 2018.

The Pinnacle award in Service is awarded to Service Departments that achieve a score of 95 and above. Redline Equipment has scored 10% higher than NAFTA . As a result of Redline Equipment's investment, we have achieved and been recognized for best in class service capability and performance for our customers. Moving into 2019, we will continue to strive to achieve this honor at all locations.
