All Redline Equipment Locations Receive Case IH Dealer Pinnacle Excellence Recognition
ARCHBOLD, OH, January20, 2020; Redline Equipment is proud to announce achieving the Case IH Pinnacle Excellence status for 11 out of 11 agriculture locations for 2019. This recognizes each location for best-in-class business practices and benchmarks.
This is an incredible achievement given the challenges farming faced in 2019 across Northern Ohio, Indiana and Southeast Michigan. Only 36 dealerships out of 656 across North America completed the assessments and earned Pinnacle Excellence status.
The Case IH Pinnacle Excellence Program represents the highest level of excellence in the Case IH dealer network, assessing six key areas: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, and AFS (Advanced Farming Systems). This Program is a company-wide program developed by Case IH and the Case IH Dealer Advisory Board to help dealers deliver an exceptional experience in today’s constantly changing agricultural landscape. The Program recognizes dealerships for achievement in the key areas identified as important to success by both dealers and Case IH.
