The leadership team at Redline Equipment is an innovative group who are constantly working to create the equipment dealership of the future. They are passionate about leading a staff that serve as true partners and consultants to our customers.

Zach Hetterick
Zach Hetterick President & CEO

Zach oversees all operations of the company, ensures the financial health of the company, and coaches the employees of the company to exceed customer satisfaction. He comes from Case IH, where he held various roles including Parts and Service Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Livestock Marketing Manager for North America and most recently, Marketing Manager for High Horsepower Tractors for North America. He began his career at AGCO and also worked for Ohio CAT.  Hetterick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at The Ohio State University.  

Brad Roth
Brad Roth Chief Financial Officer

Brad Roth leads the accounting team and has financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and compliance responsibilities. He has been in his current role with Redline Equipment for six years.  Prior to that, Brad worked in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and then as Corporate Controller for Sauder Manufacturing Company.  He has a B.A. from Goshen College, a Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Leadership from Defiance College and is a CPA. 

Rod Mobley
Rod Mobley Director of Sales Rod Mobley manages all of the salesmen at the eight dealerships, works with industry vendors and conducts on farm visits with customers. He has been working for Redline Equipment for over 30 years, where he has served as a Salesman, Service Manager, and Store Manager, in addition to his 10 years of service in his current role. 
Randy Henry
Randy Henry Director of Service Randy develops and implements comprehensive processes and procedures for aftermarket efforts, analyzes data to determine areas of concern and opportunities for growth, and serves as an operational consultant for company organization. He has more than 36 years of dealership experience with 20 of those being at Heartland Tractor in Missouri, where he served as a Sales Consultant, Service Manager, Store Manager and most recently as General Manager of their four stores. Prior to that, Randy served as the Parts Manager at Potter Equipment and also at Howlco Sales Co. In 1998 he was awarded Parts Manager of the Year by Case IH. 
Lisa Reffett
Lisa Reffett Director of Sales Lisa Reffett is responsible for leading the parts marketing programs, parts purchasing, and the strategic leadership of the parts function of the business. Reffett worked for Case IH as a Territory Parts and Service Representative. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Global Supply Management at John Deere. She also worked for General Motors where she served in several roles including Senior Buyer, Marketing Product Manager and Marketing Group Manager. Reffett is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a Certificate of Professional Development in Strategic Leadership from Wharton College of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. 
Heather Hetterick
Heather Hetterick Director of Marketing & Strategic Projects

Heather Hetterick leads the marketing strategy, plan and budget along with overseeing large company-wide initiatives. She most recently worked for the Association of Equipment Manufactures (AEM) as their Communications Manager. She has also served as Director of Marketing & Education for the Ohio Pork Producers Council and a Marketing Specialist for Time Warner Cable. Heather is best known for her time as a farm broadcaster, sales rep and writer for ABN and Ohio Ag Net/Ohio’s Country Journal. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University where she majored in agricultural communication. 

Shannon Schilt
Shannon Schilt Human Resources Manager

Shannon Schilt leads talent acquisition, manages benefits packages and handles employee payroll. She has 15 years of experience in the banking industry and is a Licensed Insurance Agent for the State Ohio in Property, Casualty, Life and Variable Products.
