The leadership team at Redline Equipment is an innovative group who are constantly working to create the equipment dealership of the future. They are passionate about leading a staff that serve as true partners and consultants to our customers.
Zach oversees all operations of the company, ensures the financial health of the company, and coaches the employees of the company to exceed customer satisfaction. He comes from Case IH, where he held various roles including Parts and Service Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Livestock Marketing Manager for North America and most recently, Marketing Manager for High Horsepower Tractors for North America. He began his career at AGCO and also worked for Ohio CAT. Hetterick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at The Ohio State University.
Mike oversees financial and operational aspects of the company. He spent 27 years with Duke Realty Corporation in Indianapolis where his previous role was Senior Vice President – Administrative Officer. Previous to that he worked as accountant at Ernst and Young. Mike served as a board member of the Children’s Bureau. He is a graduate of Anderson University.
Todd manages all sales in the Western region dealerships, working directly with industry vendors as well as conducting farm visits with customers. Todd brings his experience to Redline through the purchase of the four Indiana-based Case IH stores from Koenig. Todd had served previously with Koenig as VP of Sales for Ag complete goods, covering both Case IH and John Deere product lines. Todd has over 26 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in various industries and began his career with Monsanto in NE Indiana. Todd is originally from Syracuse, IN where he grew up on a family farm before graduating from Purdue University in Agri Sales & Marketing.
Heather Hetterick leads the marketing strategy, plan and budget along with overseeing large company-wide initiatives. She most recently worked for the Association of Equipment Manufactures (AEM) as their Communications Manager. She has also served as Director of Marketing & Education for the Ohio Pork Producers Council and a Marketing Specialist for Time Warner Cable. Heather is best known for her time as a farm broadcaster, sales rep and writer for ABN and Ohio Ag Net/Ohio’s Country Journal. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University where she majored in agricultural communication.
Shannon Schilt leads talent acquisition, manages benefits packages and handles employee payroll. She has 15 years of experience in the banking industry and is a Licensed Insurance Agent for the State of Ohio in Property, Casualty, Life and Variable Products.
